Control SB help Please!

I'm looking to make this deck have 2 faces, polymorph combo, and when necessary, transform into a complete control deck game 2. I'm just not sure how to do this. I've been experimenting with Win Conditions like Wurmcoil Engine, but to no avail. any suggestions?
