Cards that force opponent to attack

I am trying to build a deck that forces opponents to attack while simultanously making attacking expensive. Sadly I haven't found that many cards, that fit the theme yet. Grateful for any card suggestions.

Cards that actually force the opponent to attack won't work with stuff like Ghostly Prison and Norn's Annex. You've got some cards that punish the opponent for not attacking, and those work, but in the case of something like Ghostly Prison and (for instance) Suicidal Charge, the opponent does not have to pay the 2, and prison will stop them from attacking.

Tyrant-Thanatos Yeah, punishing them for not attacking was what I meant with "forcing them to attack". Sorry for the misleading wording.

my favorite (for name alone) is Rage Nimbus. not a very good card... but it still holds a special place in my heart.

Gideon Jura is a good place to start. Also, many of the cards in this list aren't Modern legal.
