Hey, the best route is probably to play some kind of budget BW tokens list, you will want Lingering Souls, Raise the Alarm and other cheap token generators. Basically, just play a basic mana base and drop Bitterblossom and BW tokens is already pretty budget for you.

Cathars' Crusade and Suture Priest are really good but why Bitterblossom is so good at those decks ? I mean this card is AMAZING but if you look at budget side, you can put really good cards 2-3 times each for those money. Also Anointed Procession have to be in this kind of decks. Thanks ! :)

Bitterblossom is GOOD.

But it's price indicates it's GREAT. And it's not.

4x of each

Lingering Souls

Spectral Procession

Intangible Virtue

Targeted discard spells

If you have Thoughtseize

And/or Inquisition of Kozilek

Play em. 4-6 total.

If not, Duress at 2x is OK

Castigate exiles for 2.

Tidehollow Sculler Sucks. Don't play it.

Add your lands, maybe some cheap black removal.

Doom Blade

Go for the Throat

Then fill in the blanks.

Elspeth Sun's Champion is really best in U/W or Esper Control.

But ahhh...

$$$$$$$$$$$$

Yea Castigate is good, also Go for the Throat but the awful thing alll among this is the money. Ordering things from dolars and transfering them into my country value is almost doubleing the price and thats the shitiest part of all. Thats why im lookinf for some cheap and budget things. Thanks for suggestions !

Tidehollow Sculler is actually really solid, but it pretty much exclusively reaches its potential in eldrazi and taxes. I agree with oloro on making a list. If you have any Gideon, Ally of Zendikar Those Should go in as well. They are really strong in tokens

Just play cheaper Blue/White control with her as a 2 of win con if you like her a lot. Land base can be as cheap as you make it in a 2 color deck, but for spells try a shell like this.

4x Mana Leak3x Logic Knot4x Spreading Seas4x Think Twice4x Serum Visions4x Path to Exile2x Cancel (Or disallow)2x Remand3x Oblivion Ring2x Elspeth, Sun's Champion3x Detention Sphere

Depending on your "budget" level you can include Gearhulks, Gideons, and other "top" control cards.

Abzan Midrange is also really good with both Elspeth, Sun's Champion and Sorin, Solemn Visitor for your top-of-the-curve finishers.

Siege Rhino is where most of your late-game is placed, but a single of each planeswalker can be brutal.

The issue is budget. You'll need 4 Tarmogoyf, 4 Liliana of the Veil, 4 Verdant Catacombs, and so on.

I know I found myself boarding in Elspeth, Sun's Champion in a lot of my games when I had her in my Junk Midrange sideboard a while back. She generates a bunch of value in a deck that likes to 1-for-1 its opponent with superior cards. I just haven't played Midrange in Modern for a while because my meta hasn't been good to it.
