Budget Substitiues?

I would like a good, budget-friendly creature for a burn deck to replace Vexing Devil.
Your closest bet will be creatures like Spark Elemental, Hellspark Elemental, and perhaps Keldon Marauders.

Competitive Burn decks don't even play Vexing Devil. It's not a good card for Burn (I would say it's not good in general, but that's a little harsh). Play more Bolts where you were intending to put it, or splash for Lightning Helix or Boros Charm.

Assuming it's the list on your page.
Would not recommend some of the cards elected at all. Burn is all about efficiency. Sin Prodded and Browbeat are far from it.
WR Burn is very cheap without fetchlands.
Would highly recommend looking at picking up some Boros Charm, Lightning Bolt, Rift Bolt and Lava Spike.
As for creatures, Grim Lavamancer and Monastery Swiftspear are both relatively cheap.

It's not necessarily about being the most competitive deck. I just like building decks in specific colors, such as mono-red burn. Heck, I even have a Rakdos mana ramp Eldrazi deck.

Well, there's a reason that Vexing Devil is so expensive. It's because its hard to replace. If you could give us some detail about the deck, like colors, specific budget, or the list itself, we might be able to help you more.
