Budget Mono-Green Haste in Modern

I'd love to get some insight into how I can make this deck competitive, and what roadblocks I might have to overcome.
Primarily it features creatures with haste, Primal Forcemage and then takes advantage of the ramp and creatures that would go away anyway to maximize Life's Legacy.
Any thoughts would be most welcome.
