Budget Mono blue pili pala

Hi! I need some help to create a pili pala deck.It will be a mono blue deck. Thanks for the help!!
I will say this now, but the combo is entirely too weak on it's own to go with the Splinter Twin style protect combo plan, you also don't exactly have access to a tutor for architect, maybe you want to go with a mono blue creature aggro style deck or affinity blue style deck, now in either case I would say you probably want to cut into your budget for Walking Ballista in any strategy, or at least something more like a Banefire over the Pyromatics it is at least stronger vs Flusterstorm while only be weaker to Narset's Reversal (which is a lot more fringe in modern than the storm).
though yeah you could run creatures like Cursecatcher and Judge's Familiar with many other rather sweet 1-2 cmc blue creatures to really use architect, many which fly, draw you cards, or scry.

you should run 2 Blue Sun's Zenith . It targets a player, so you can have your opponent draw infinite cards

Thanks a lot for the previous help! The original idea was an UR Pili Pala tempo deck, but I don't know so much red spells. I like the idea, but I will need some help (suppose adding Tormenting Voice , Expedite as you said, ( Pyroclasm ?)). I can't afford the Walking Ballista , and I don't like Blue Sun's Zenith as a wincon. Thanks and sorry for the deck mistake !

If you go UR, run Lightning Bolt . You should run 4 copies of it.

Personally, I think blue black is the way to go. DuTogira has made a lot of pili-pala decks, and Invention Black is the best of them. I'd go check out some of his stuff to get deck and card ideas.

First off, you should put your list into a deck - it makes giving advice much easier as people can see the deck stats.
As for recommendations, maybe Crimson Wisps / Expedite ? it's a cantrip at worst, and gives your Pili-Pala haste to combo off. You would however need to splash red.
Your other option is to use something like Blue Sun's Zenith to deck your opponent.
