Budget Izzet Delver

Hello everyone! I currently play Goblins in modern but it's not doing too good against the matchups at my LGS, so I've decided to build a Izzet Delver deck. Please give feedback as it will help me make this deck good enough to play more modern at my LGS!
P.S. I'm on a 70-80 dollar budget, so please keep the cards as cheap as possible (But don't kill yourself trying to find commons that don't work :D)
I would definitely not add Lava Spike or Skullcrack; as a Delver player, it isn't that aggressive of a deck. Remand is a must-have, though, as are two more copies of Serum Visions. I'd also consider something like Enigma Drake or Cryptic Serpent as a lategame finisher.

Seems pretty good. Along with the suggestions from Pieguy396, I also suggest Chart A Course. It's a beast of a card, and I suggest at least a two of.

Chart A Course interferes painfully with countermagic. Enigma Drake, as a 3-drop, is also a poor choice because investing 3 mana at sorcery speed for a threat is bad for tempo.

Maybe add some Remand, and Lava Spike to the deck, but maybe cut some lands, add more vapor snags and Thing in the Ice Flip, or Rift Bolt or Skullcrack also I still like Serum Visions in this deck over Thought Scour because you don't have many ways of using your graveyard
