Budget Grixis artifact control?

I'm trying to build a deck around Nicol Bolas, God-Pharaoh and Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas. If possible, I want to keep the deck at 100 dollars (not including the planeswalkers I already own them). Either link me to a good grixis artifact deck, or recommend some good cards that fit the criteria. Thanks
it sounds like you want to just play with a modern lower level in mind and not a competitive deck is that correct?
I have a friend that recently built a UB artifact control deck, and I helped him hone it a bit better, the deck could easily splash red if he wanted to or just SB Galvanic Blast in at any point, it does run 2 Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas, but no deck is competitively capable, within reason of playing Nicol Bolas, expect for 1 deck. And that's a green based Tron deck centered around Oath of Nissa which probably costs a decent amount, and can upgrade, but not considered viable.

It's over $100 (mainly due to the manabase and the planeswalkers), but my deck The Artifact Machine (UB Tezzerator) is a U/B artifact control deck. Red gets you access to things like Maverick Thopterist (a sweet card that I've always wanted to make work in Modern), as well as Galvanic Blast for bonus removal.
