Best reanimator/polymorph creature package??!

Hey everyone, I recently posted the above list asking for help/thoughts/advice on my list...after some good feedback, I have edited it quite a bit, but what I seem to be having a ton of trouble with (as nobody can seem to agree) is what creatures are best to run main/board in the current modern meta with my specific deck?? I know most things die to Path, and that's the biggest problem, but white isn't prevalent in the majority of top played decks, so I'm not too concerned I don't think? My biggest issue is how to surpass the obstacle of "polymorph, response bolt token, sad face" and how to survive the faster aggro decks etc... Obviously as always I'm open to other advice and thoughts on the rest of the deck too if you think you see anything wrong etc, but mainly I'm trying to focus on the most optimal creature package and the most resilient/flexible and consistent build.
I'm hoping to take this list this week to my LGS, and greatly appreciate all the help! Please +1 and share if you like my deck too! Thanks!
smackjack yes it is, but it doesn't work with what my deck is trying to do so well

I've said it once, and again I will repeat it. Obzedat, Ghost Council is a repeatable Siege Rhino that is even fatter.

Myth Realized is the only thing that comes to mind if you aren't willing to use tokens. Celestial Colonnade and Lumbering Falls are the manlands that evade bolt. Batterskull is the final card I think might be useful.

As for creatures that win aggro, Elderscale Wurm all the way. Other cards include Blazing Archon, Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite, Iona, Shield of Emeria, Sphinx of the Steel Wind, Wurmcoil Engine and Resolute Archangel.

Resolute Archangel...I forgot about that card lolso did any of you actually look at my deck list? is Akroma, Angel of Wrath better than Sphinx of the Steel Wind for my deck? Is Avacyn, Angel of Hope worth getting? Does Grave Titan REALLY do anything for me, and if so when? I need to be able to Poly a token into the creature, but also reanimate it as well for consistency and resilience against hate etc...

I really like the Resolute Archangel suggestion, having seen your list - that's if you're not convinced by Wurmcoil Engine. And I believe Archangel's ability resolves even if she's removed by an instant, which is huge.
As for losing your Poly target to removal, there's not much you can really do against a fast deck, because you can't usually wait until turn 5 or 6, when you can also hold up a counterspell. I think you just hope to Polymorph while the opponent is tapped out.

Went 4-0 and won top 4 with this list tonight! Thanks everyone for all the help! Round 1 2-0 against a Melira company, round 2 2-1 burn, round 3 2-0 some soldier brew, round 4 2-0 affinity (these were SUPER close games!)
Top 4 first round 2-1 Jund Second round 2-0 burn!

Simic Keyrune is a hexproof Polymorph target.
