Are there semi-viable budget substitutes for Manamorphose?

I'm building a budget-ish modern storm deck, and out of all the cards needed Manamorphose is one of the most expensive but also the hardest one for me to replace. Does anyone have any ideas?
Hexaflexagon Thank you for the suggestion, Terrarion will probably work since I mostly play with friends and will likely be upgrading this deck over time. Thanks!

can you provide a link to the deck? much easier to make suggestions if we know what you're workin with. replacing a card doesn't have to mean limiting yourself to cards with similar effects.

I don't think Terrarion is a very good idea because it enters tapped. You can't crack it the same turn you play it, which is bad for trying to make a storm count. It also doesn't work with Past in Flames .
Personally I'd say just replace it with more cantrips. More copies of Opt or Sleight of Hand or maybe a Merchant Scroll or Noxious Revival .

coltron518 I will make and link the deck tomorrow, it’s essentially just a standard U/R storm with Thought Scour in for Serum Visions and a bad manabase, the only really non budget cards remaining being Past in Flames and Gifts Ungiven .
ToolmasterOfBrainerd: I like this idea, but would this affect my blue mana production for cantrips mid-combo?

Your best bet will be to go mono red at first it's almost impossible to go off (with gift storm) without Manamorphose . You can built around Past in Flames , Runaway Steam-Kin and Empty the Warrens for starting off and then build into gifts storm! Good luck

Probably something like Tormenting Voice for more draw, I'm not really sure what would work if you need more ramp

Sadly, I don't think that there is one that works like Manamorphose . There is Terrarion , but it isn't an instant/sorcery and you probably have better turn-one plays.
