A few ways for midrange to handle zoo

What are a few good cards for a midrange deck to handle the sheer amount of creatures a zoo deck can throw at you? I was looking at these small mass removal spells:

Firespout

Languish

Wrath of God / Damnation

This first two are attractive for not killing some of the fatties I was considering like Loxodon Smiter, Siege Rhino, and Dungrove Elder though some zoo decks have dodged Firespout with Atarka's Command.

Cataclysmic Gearhulk looked good too.

In general, a Jund deck's plan A (targeted discard, removal, and big Tarmogoyfs/Scavenging Oozes) works pretty well against Zoo. If you find you're still scuffling with them, try a sweeper like Anger of the Gods or Engineered Explosives.

You said midrange but didn't specify colors, so you're basically going to get replies of all undercosted wraths and wrath-lite spells or generally anything that lets you get 2-for-1's against Zoo. So add Kolaghan's Command to that list if it's in your colors. Three of the four options are relevant. If you tend to have some creatures of your own while they're swarming you can also sometimes make good trades by dropping Zealous Persecution as a combat trick or buying time with Lingering Souls if those are in your colors.
