What's it feel like to lose

So im curious as to what people think it's like lore wise to lose to alt win condition, obviously losing to Mill is like losing your mind, and losing to something like Door to Nothingness is just dying or being completely obliterated.

Basically what got me on this train of thought is Biovisionary, the way the flavor txt reads, I think what happens when I win is I turn everyone else at the table into exact copies of me, so I win because everyone is me.

Just curious what everyone else thinks happens when you win with alt win conditions.

Revel in Riches lets you pay off everyone with all the treasures, and they step out of your way, allowing you to win.

Azor's Elocutors talks everyone to death, then their bill passes, and they win

Felidar Sovereigns flavor text makes me picture a mountain lion jumping down on you and crushing your spine. A victory only it can see...

I like the flavor of Mortal Combat, where the match was actually just an arena battle the whole time. Also Hedron Alignment where you imprison the other player within the hedrons like the Eldrazi. I get what they're going for with Barren Glory and Near-Death Experience, but how does renouncing the material world/narrowly escaping death stop the other planeswalker from beating your face in?

What about something like Platinum Angel and not being a able to lose the game how does that work lore wise

Probably depends on how abstract you picture the entire game-setting to be. I imagine Platinum Angel sortof making everything into some sort of light-bathed mini-heaven free of corrupting influence, maybe some sort of sanctity effect that disallows enemies to influence a region. But black magiks can still target and destroy from afar.

Barren Glory is a pretty simple one: if you have nothing, how can you suffer loss? (Based on the flavor text and it referencing magus of the disk, id also imagine the idea is that something "super-wrathed" a plane and you're all that's left. You have nothing... not even opponents).
Near-Death Experience is a Gideon card... beef slab goes to tank some damage, passes out from all the damage he took, wakes up still not dead because he's Gideon... and wins because his opponents get bored of trying to kill him?
It also works if you think of yourself as not just a planeswalker but a saiyan. If your opponent just leaves you at one you're gonna come back and wreck him.

How about Approach of the Second Sun? Isn't it basically " you win because bolas appears and annihilates everyone"?

That's a good discription of platinum angel. I always looked at approach as your opponent not being able to comprehend your overwhelming power

The Cheese Stands Alone is you winning through diplomacy, and your opponent's love of cheese (unless someone has a better explanation)

I love cheese, I would concede if someone bribed me with some good stuff

The Cheese Stands Alone just works. Maybe your opponent loves cheese so you bribe them. Maybe they're lactose intolerant so you threaten them with flatulence so bad they can't sleep if they don't submit to your will. Maybe it's just really old and moldy cheese and your opponent just planeswalks the heck out for fear of contracting some fungal infection.

Darksteel Reactor tells your opponents that If they can't win after 20 turns, it's not going to happen. Give up.

Helix Pinnacle allows you to buy your way to victory.

Mortal Combat says that If your opponents manage to kill 20 creatures and still havent won, they should give up.

Hedron Alignment surrounds opponent in hedrons, trapping them like the eldrazi
