Multiverse Deathtraps

Are there deathtrap planes in the multiverse? Like areas where the moment you touch down you will die before you can planeswalk again.

I'm wondering what stops a planeswalker from accidentally landing on a plane that Emrakul has already conquered. Wouldn't they instantly be dosed with a massive amount of Emrakul influence and become an Eldrazi Planeswalker?

As for the first part of your question I think no. while it has been said that the only common factor between planes is the existence of magic there is a second factor that holds true for all planes (that I know of anyway) and that is that they have sentient life on them. This would imply that there aren't any planes that are completely uninhabitable to the point where one would instantly die but I could always be wrong.

As for the second part there are 2 ways you could go in my opinion. The first is the idea that the 3 known titans are part of a cycle. Basically according to this idea the titans come in an order Ulamog destroys everything turning it into wastes. Then Kozilek shows up and reworks the wastes into "ribbons". Finally Emrakul shows up and recreates life on the plane. According to this there wouldn't really be a plane that would corrupt a planeswalker unless Emrakul was currently present and affecting that world.

However the way I am fairly certain it would go is that plainly There is no such thing as a world that Emrakul has conquered that still exists. It has been stated many times in the story that Ugin has studied the 3 titans for centuries if not millennia. Despite this fact he knows next to nothing about any of them and if he saw this pattern of plane rebirth he likely would have had no interest in sealing them away. Also it just so happens that there is a story where Nahiri and Sorin watch Ulamog eat a plane into nothingness and watch it fall apart. The story also implies that any plane one of the titans visit inevitably suffer a similar fate.

In short no I don't think there is a plane that would instakill a walker who visited it. (unless they were unlucky and planeswalked into a pit of lava or a wurm's mouth.)

There are however some pretty dangerous planes to planeswalk to.

Innistrad, New Phyrexia, and Amonkhet might not kill you upon landing on them but the danger is real

Maybe there aren't "death trap" planes, but surely there must be planes that a human could not survive?

Could a plane where atmospheres aren't a thing, and everything is basically a giant vacuum exist? What about a plane where cold is 5000 degrees?

In theory? Yes. A plane containing magic but an environment where human life could not exist is possible, but not known of nor probably ever will be known of.

Probably the closest we'll get is Lorwyn/Shadowmoor which has no humans on it.

I suppose if a planeswalker were to planeswalk into lava, they might not be able to compose themselves enough to planeswalk away, but other than that, I don't know if there are any hazards that would count as a deathtrap.

Planeswalking directly on top of or underneath an Eldrazi Titan would kinda suck.

Well, assuming there's only 3 titans that can no longer happen . 2 are dead and one is trapped in the moon

There is not confirmation that only 3 titans exist there could easily be more that we haven't heard of.

also whether or not Emrakul is really trapped is also up for debate.

I'm sure Ugin will be proven right and that killing Ulamog and Kozilek will have a rippling effect throughout the multiverse sooner or later. Maybe those issues will be dealt with the fourth save the multiverse superhero team

For reference, the first two were Urza squad vs Yawgmoth and Jeska squad versus the rifts

I'd say fifth because technically Ugin, Sorin, and Nahiri were a team at one point
