Does this mean that Kiora and Thassa's Bident might show up in BfZ in some new form? Please say yes.

So in the BfZ block we will probably see:
- Gideon
- Kiora
- Ugin
- Sorin
- Nahiri

Yup, I'd be expecting 4-6 new PW in Zendikar. I'm sceptical that Sorin and Ugin will get a new card, since they just got one from the KTK block. But Gideon? Bident-wielding Kiora? New Nahiri? Those would be awesome

I'm not holding my breath on a second new gideon card this year. he'll be in the story but maybe not the cards. or maybe as a creature (all his cards turn into creatures, he could easily be a powerful legendary creature card instead. I think that would be interesting to see). I could imagine us getting a new planeswalker card for him but wouldn't be surprised not to.

Yew may also get a reprint. I don't think we have ever had a reprinted pw in a block before but there is a first time for everything. Maybe we'll get Gideon Jura.

You guys do realize that ajani got two new planeswalker cards back to back. Ajani, Mentor of Heroes in journey to nyx and Ajani Steadfast in magic 2015,the set RIGHT after journey to nyx. So its very very plausible that we will see a new Gideon in both origins and BFZ,also applies to sorin and ugin.

I think Gideon is unlikely, but not because he is printed back to back. I think from a story perspective, we are guaranteed a Nahiri, since she is central to what's going on in Zendikar. We also seem to need a Sorin. If we also have a Gideon, then we're looking at three different planeswalkers that are at least partially white. That's a lot of white planeswalkers. I guess really, I just don't think we'll get all three and Gideon seems least likely of the three.

That's true AngryBearTony, but it seems safe to assume that she is at least 
/X... I could be wrong, but it seems like a leap to move from a straight up white Nahiri to a Nahiri with no white at all...
