Lycanthropy in the Multiverse

So I was reviewing the lore of both Original and Return to Innistrad for more background on a werewolf deck I'm building (I love a flavorful deck). While re-reading the lore behind Arlinn Kord Flip it mentions she planeswalks to another unknown plane (perhaps several). I'm curious if in that time she may have transferred lycanthropy unto other denizens of other planes. Is it possible that werewolves could exist on other planes? I know that there are a few older werewolves from the Dominaria days but I'm curious if we have to wait until we return to Innistrad yet again to see the creature type return or if it's plausible we could see them elsewhere. Would you like to see them contained to Innistrad or would you all be interested in seeing werewolves on other planes? Of the planes we have seen this far, where would you most like to see them appear?

The going theory is that most traditional vampirism spread to the multiverse due to Sorin in the first place so I'd say it's fairly likely provided that Krod wasn't able to control herself at some point on those planes.
As far as the physical cards, as Pie said, that's likely to not be seen in other sets. What we would be more likely to see is beings who are permanently stuck as werewolves without the ability to change since the moon of Innistrad was the catalyst for their shifting. (Specifically INN's moon cause magic and stuff.)

From her backstory, it looks like Arlinn Kord Flip only jumped to one other plane before gaining control of her werewolf form. So, in theory she spread it to one plane. If she infected another person who then became a planeswalker, then it could spread further.
As mentioned earlier, werewolves as DFCs probably will only be an Innistrad thing, but single-faced werewolves could be used on other planes.

Ohthenoises, I really hope that that theory is not proven to be true, because, as far as we know, all other races (humans, elves, goblins, dwarves, vedalken, merfolk, dragons, demons, angels, elementals, and so forth) evolved independently on each plane, and zombies exist independently on many planes, as well, so it would be poor storytelling to have Sorin be the original source of vampirism across the multiverse; I would much prefer the idea that vampires evolved (or were created) independently on each plane on which they exist.

Ohthenoises, yes, but WotC did not conceive his character until recently, well over a decade after the game began, so it would be poor story writing to have a newly-introduced character be the progenitor of all vampires across the multiverse.

I think it's possible, sure, but I think WotC will keep werewolves (in their current DFC state) a purely Innistrad thing if for no other reason than that's one of the big iconic things about Innistrad.
