The easy way to build a Budget Cube

If you've got lots of cards from a set, take one of each of the Commons and Uncommons, add two each of the Life lands from KTK/DTK/EM and six Evolving Wilds, then trim it down to 180, presto! You've got yourself an instant Budget Mini-Cube that four people can draft.

I've done this a couple of times and the results have been very enjoyable to play.

Due to the fact that there are no Rares or Mythics people who are new to drafting aren't greatly disadvantaged.

That spread of lands allow for tri-coloured decks to be easily built.

The games usually go for some time because there are no OP cards.
