Limited format or something else entirely?

So I know limited is where you get with booster packs from one set. Such as Eldritch Moon and Innistrad (at least that's what I'm interested in). Then you open them and create a 40 card deck.
Is there a name though for a constructed deck from only one set? If I made an only SOI and EMN deck does that have a special name?
I've been trying to look up deck ideas. Just didn't know what to search to find what I'm looking for rather then just sealed limited stuff.
I'm trying to get better with all of the mechanics of other sets (and MTG in general) and I figured if I could construct decks in those sets and those sets alone I could see how those mechanics work. I hope that makes sense and thanks in advance for the help!

Just to clarify, block constructed is both (all three) sets from a particular block, or just however many sets have been released so far, like Amonkhet.
