I need some help with cubed

I really want to make a cube and have begun with the process by sorting out any cards that look kinda good from my collection. I am not looking to spend much, if any, of my own cash for this. I am just looking for cards from my collection. I did not realize the magnitude of the project I was getting into until it was too late... However, I will not give up. I am asking anyone experienced with cubed (or not), if they would be willing to alot a good amount of time helping me with this. I have access to a virtual list of all my cards, and would be able to compile a list (taking some time) of cards I am considering for the cube. I don't care if the cube is "bad", I just want it to be balanced. If anyone is willing to help me please contact me. Thank you

Work out your archetypes, themes and power level. For example, you cn have storm. UB or UR or UG. Or a mix like UBR. If you go UR you are looking at cost reduction effects and rituals mainly. If you go UB you are looking at tutors and casting from gy more. You can even have UG with mana dorks and untap effects for a big x spell or temporal fossire.

The Serra Angel test is a good measure. Is Serra Angel good in your cube.

I would be willing to help however I can. I also suggest checking out Tumblr's Sarpadian Empires Vol. VII's Cube(link below). It's very doable on a budget.

Cool, thanks guys. Does serra angel need to be good or not good. She would be decent but not a first pick by any means. I have the whole list done out now, so I will post it on my account. Take a look and make any change/balancing suggestions
