Green Prerelease Plot?

I just thought of (what I believe is) a good combo between the green promo Heroes' Bane and the sweet artifact Chariot of Victory .
How does that sound to everyone?

Sure, it is a sweet combo, but it requires a lot of mana to get going, and it still dies to removal.
I'd definitely include it if you pull a chariot, becase it can definitely win games, but just be mindful of the fact that black and white have access to sooooooooo much removal in theros limited.

If I don't pull it I'm going with a few friends and I'll tell them the idea also. 3 out of 4 of us are playing green xD

So as it turns out, out of 8 seperate games (3 rounds) I only found my Heroes' Bane once. But when I did, I equiped it with the Chariot. And stomped all over him for the win. Too bad my "guaranteed bomb" never showed up again, so I ended up 1-2. Ugh

Well, at least we know the combo works decently. and hopefully everyone has/had fun at their prerelease :D

Its pretty solid. But you need both cards to see the combo, and with the Chariot at Uncommon, it isn't a great chance that you'll pull one, let alone two to ensure that you'll see it regularly. If you have it, do it. But don't go into the prerelease planning on that to carry you to victory
