Building a Conspiracy Cube

So I've decided that my current cube isn't very good and I want something a bit more fun than 1v1 wacky. I want to go full wacky with a Conspiracy-based cube, with Commander/Commander 2013 cards in there too. I thought my first step would be to buy a Conspiracy box to form the base of a 400 card cube.
But after the initial draft, what do I do with it? While it may seem simple to start with a box and leave it, you have to kinda curate the cube somehow. Also, I'm afraid adding bomby rares and stuff may dilute some of Conspiracy's commons (in power level) AND some themes (such as the common "multiples" that work so well with Conspiracy cards, like Screaming Seaahawk. I guess I'm just a bit worried of messing with perfectly good foundations.
Any advice from other Conspiracy cube creators? How did you craft yours?

Hmm, I'm not sure if I'll do that; it seems a bit forced to encourage players to play the Squadron Hawk -style deck. It actually seems a bit unfair as it increases their card pool (not that Conspiracy is beyond this, Mr.Canal Dredger )
Perhaps if I add more bomby rares, I also need to simultaneously add more commons? I have room for 400 cards, maybe 500 if I get more sleeves, and the booster box will be 540 cards (36 boosters). So it is possible I can do that.

I have already got sleeved lands. I'll be building this from another Cube of mine.
Update:Went and bought the box and put a Cube together, though it is not finished yet. I have curated itsomewhat, with 2 copies of each common bar some select choices (the landcyclers and certain vanilla creatures/Screaming Seahawk and Howling Wolf have been bumped up to more than 2 copies), then I have singletons for the 80 or so uncommons, 40 or so rares and 10 mythics.

Semi-related, thought not strictly Conspiracy, I know a few folks that have a special cube rule that if you draft Squadron Hawk you automatically get some additional number of them after the draft. You could do something similar with the Conspiracy ones.
