SB against Lands (eternal garden)

What hoses lands in SB in general?
I am not looking for specific colors, mana cost, etc.

I've only played as miracles against lands, and so my experience is based on that. RiP is awesome as already stated. Pithing Needle to stop their combo or rish ports is something I've grown to love. I've brought in Engineered Explosives to deal with potential spheres of resistance.

Surgical their Life from the Loam, and either their Punishing Fire if you haven't got lifegain. If you run land destruction, you're better off exiling their Grove of the Burnwillows. Karakas and Maze of Ith are OK against their Depths combo. If you're running counters, always counter Exploration and Manabond. Further, you can Pithing Needle their Thespian's Stage or whichever cycle land they run (usually Tranquil Thicket).

Lands also just loses to unfair decks so if you want to beat them before they can do anything, that's also a good route to take.

Against lands you need to be able to go over them, under them or lock them out. Going over them is very difficult and no one really can do that because 12-post gets screwed over by wasteland. You can go under them with Nimble Mongoose, or with storm (no empty though). You can lock them out with:
Your goal is to deal with Loam. If you can shut down loam you can probably beat them as long as you aren't playing a Blade deck. Blade decks have absolutely abyssimal matchups against lands.
