Getting Into Legacy

Hey guys, I want to get into Legacy but don't know where to start! My LGS allows me to proxy ~20 card (They are pretty chill they just want people to play). I already have a Liliana of the Veil and I have been looking at the Grixis Law Build from Tolarian Community Colledge. or check out the decklist here Grixis. I also don't want to play burn or dreadge, they are too linear and/or weird. And ~$250 Budget.

Personally Shardless, however if you put enough time learnig Your matchups you can do very well at most small events with any well built deck.

With 250 bucks and 20 proxies you could build most any deck. If you want to start with a Lily inclusive deck, grixis is fine but I would lower your curve, and axe dack fayden, notion theif, TNN and up your cantrips. Kcommand is pretty intensive for this deck as well. I think playing grixis delver/castlevania is stronger than this midrange list.
