So I was doing my usual browsing and I found this one card called Test of Endurance and I thought of a hilarious deck idea. Imagine if you use cards like Angelic Chorus and Angel's Mercy just to get you're life up to 50 and then use Test of Endurance to just win the game. You can just use one drops with flying to prevent most creatures except for creatures with trample. Also throw some lifelink into the deck and I think your opponent will just quit. I'm not sure if this is already a deck nor am I a professional magic player but I would find it hilarious to build a deck like that. What do you think about this deck idea?

It probably wouldn't be competitive in Legacy but it'd be a great casual deck!

there is a modern deck that doesnt use felidar sovrein or anything else like that but it uses Martyr of Sands, Soul's Attendant, Soul Warden, Ajani's Pridemate, Spectral Procession, and Honor of the Pure to gain massive amounts of life and then attack with white weenies for the win that is probably a lot more competitive than this would be and can be put together for about $250

You'd have trouble with faster decks like fish and storm and you'd lose to control and any combo deck, but it could be a fun casual deck.

if you add some control aspects, like Rest in Peace / Energy Field, countermagic, sweep, and some draw aspects, Brainstorm and a way to stop combos, you could be on to something....as for some more life gain, try adding Sword of War and Peace on a True-Name Nemesis and see your life skyrocket, but you most likely win by beating them down with that combo....Beacon of Immortality is another, but in legacy, that card has a high casting.... Tendrils of Agony can win on turn 2, so can the Food Chain deck... i would suggest you can make this a casual deck, and try this combo: Wild Growth (attached to a basic plains), Earthcraft and Sacred Mesa for that combo, have a Soul Warden in play, and you can tap the plains (with the wild growth attached to it) make a pegasus token, gain a life, untap that land (because of earthcraft), WASH, RINSE, REPEAT...unlimited life and unlimited 1/1 flying pegasus tokens.... add a Congregate to really rub it in..

Where would you play this? What would your budget be? You could use a soul sisters shell, and something like Academy Rector
