Need opinions on a casual Esper deck with Royal Assassin and Adarkar Valkyrie

Hello fellow Magic players! I have recently started brainstorming on a budget esper colored deck revolving around the gun ability of Royal Assassin with the snagging of creatures with Adarkar Valkyrie. Looking to make it control based maybe putting in creatures like Grand Abolisher, Daxos of Meletis, Grand Arbiter Augustin IV, and maybe Angelic Arbiter to tax the opponents and limit what they can do while I kill and take creatures they put out. Looking for other possibilities of things to put in it. Any preferences and opinions are greatly appreciated!
Yeah "budget" and "Legacy Esper deck" don't really go together. Unless, of course, "budget" means "under $4,000." Underground Sea and Tundra are going to cost a bunch, even if you only play 2~3 of each. I'd avoid blue altogether if you're trying to play Legacy on a budget.
That being said, there's also much easier ways to kill creatures repeatedly in Legacy or more efficiently. You're actually not as concerned about more than a few creatures per game against most Legacy decks.
I'd recommend looking into Deadguy and Pikula decks. There's budget versions of those decks out there and they can easily be upgraded once you have either a better budget or win prizes at local tournaments.

Its going to be for casual play. The reason i put down legacy is because im not worried if a card is banned for a specific format.

I know what you mean about Esper control decks being ridiculously expensive though it can get pretty crazy lol
