Is my Syr konrad mill deck any good?

Recently i built my my own deck and syr konrad is main part of it. It has some weird choices in cards because i putted some that i own and like. Check discription of deck for more info.

And the question is, is that deck any good? What can i change, remove or replace? Keep in mind that this is budget deck. Thanks.

If you're trying to play legacy, then no it's not any good. Legacy is an extremely powerful format. Legacy decks start at about $1000.
If you're just trying to make a deck to play with friends, then it's just fine. Looks really fun, actually.
Dark ritual is the only card not legal in modern. But I think it's worth taking the extra few cards out to make it legal in Standard, if you're hoping to take it to tournaments.
