Colfenor's Plans Lockdown? Halp

I was thinking of a potential black/blue combo deck based around summoning griselbrand and playing a ton of rituals. Then play Akroan Horse, Puca's Mischief and Colfenor's plans, switch the plans for Akroan horse, and then kill the puca's mischief. You then play your own colfenor's plans and beat them to death with griselbrand (or akroan horse 1/1 tokens) Your opponent can only play one card a turn and no longer draw. You then hold a set of force of wills and counter all of those. Can anyone create a consistent deck list for this?

This sounds like a fun jank build, but you asked for the an consistent list... And that wouldn't be this :/ Look up Reanimator :)

This is in the Legacy forum, so I have to ask: Why Puca's Mischief over Donate? One less mana and does the effect you need immediately, rather than forcing you to wait until upkeep (and, uh, all of those cards are four mana. Four and higher mana cards are hard to justify in Legacy, a lot of the time, unless they have the impact of Jace, the Mindsculptor or are part of combos that make you win immediately such as Helm of Obedience).

Also, the reason there's probably no deck like this is because MUD (with Smokestack and the like), Stasis, etc., exist, and they do the same job at keeping your opponent from playing Magic but haven't exactly been considered the strongest in the meta game for a while.

Sounds like a fun casual deck though.

If they can remove colfenor's plans we want to be able to give them a second one without having to use a second card to give it. Puca's mischief is just a little better than donate because this deck requires a lot of ramp.
