Blue Tron into legacy suggestions

I usually play modern, but with some friends I'm going to attend a small amateur legacy tournament. I don't have any legacy deck but luckily none of the other players have fully upgraded legacy decks. I'm trying to shift my U-Tron into something. I've added the posts for more mana and cut off some tron pieces. The core cards are the same because I don't really own/know any good legacy card. I'm trying to build something cool on a budget, given that I know some of the decks that are at the tournament: affinity, abzan reanimator, dredge, storm, mono-black reanimator, elves, CKI combo. Please suggest me some cool card legacy legal that I can place in my deck without spending too much :D
So do you have a budget in mind? I can see a couple of ways to go such as blue eldrazi post etc but you might want to be UG

I want to spend up to 20-25$, not much more, so things like Chalice of the Void are out of my range. Given that I used to play mono-green eldrazi tron, I'm interested in your suggestion @LeaPlath because I might already own some of the cards like Ancient Stirrings but I don't have any duals btw

The obvious solution would be to play MUD, Eldrazi, or Sea Stompy, but you're on a budget and those decks want City of Traitors.
You might also consider playing Burn, since it's actually cheaper to build in Legacy than it is in Modern. Mono-Black Reanimator is another choice if you have some Entombs lying around.
Helm of Obedience combo can also be built on a budget if you have a bunch of Modern cards already. Leyline of the Void, Darkslick Shores, and Rest in Peace are its expensive cards. The rest of it is $1 rares.
The issue is "budget" in Legacy means ~$100. There's even more options if your budget is $200~$300. Remember, Legacy is normally a $3,000 format. $25 is what people spend on individual sideboard cards.

@sylvannos You're right, I know that building legacy on a budget is uneasy. Btw this is an unofficial tournament and it's said to be legacy in order to allow more people to play whatever they want. It's not competitive at all and none of us participating for instance has competitive deck that include the most powerful cards (i.e. Force of Will and Wasteland are out of this league :D ). Last time I played eldrazi tron but I got wrecked against affinity. With U-Tron I can do better. My question was that I would liked some budget suggestion of cards that are legacy legal that could sinergize well with my deck. I could afford a playset of Vesuva for instance, but I'm not really into it because I'd never use it in any of my other decks. I'm looking for cards that could be usefull against the other archetypes I know there will be, which are: affinity (without Arcbound Ravager and Mox Opal), dredge, stompy (fully modern), swarm elves, combo elves, KCI combo, abzan reanimator. I'd like also general suggestion like "more counters", "more sweepers", "more threaths" etc. Btw thanks very much for the suggestions :D I really appreciate the feedback

@RobertButler23 those are the kinds of cards I've never heard of that could be interesting to test :D

You could play Eldrazi Tron again but use boardwipes. You also get Swords to Plowshares. Maybe B/W Eldrazi would do the trick? That would also give you Toxic Deluge which would absolutely make Affinity get BTFO'd.
If you're in Red, you can always go with Pyroclasms. Since it's Legacy, you have more access to a variety of dual lands and aren't forced to use Grove of the Burnwillows (Mogg Hollows, Mossfire Valley, Timberline Ridge). You just have to worry about Myr Enforcer.
