tiny leaders deck format

On several commander threads I've seen deck building boiled down to ramp, draw, and wincons. I include answers as a fourth category. I'm wondering what a tiny leaders deck should look like following this formula? The CMC of all your cards is pretty low, so ramp isn't really that necessary. How much of the deck should be dedicated to draw, answers, and wincons? For answers how much of it should be targeted removal, and how much of it should be wraths. It does look like black and blue are the only color with wraths in this format.

Quick suggestion, what do 3 drop and less cards lack. Bombs. I would suggest that you get things that have drawbacks to make up for the cheap mana cost. Then counteract that drawback. Cheap "mana" bombs are "life" intensive sometimes.

I tell you something: my Doran, the Siege Tower tiny leader EDH Deck works very well. What he lacks in high power he makes up for in board-altering coolness. A lot of cheap creatures also have a high toughness, which synergize well with him. Toughness-adding artifacts like Slagwurm Armor are all cheap CMC, with several of them being cheerios. Add in some spot removal and other stuff and the deck works very nicely.

Take a look at it if you are looking for a variant or a change from the norm.

Actually X cost creatures like hydras (Mistcutter Hydra pops into mind obviously there's better cards just happened to remember) and with those you might actually need ramp. As for the deck it really depends on the strategy I think sorry can't help a lot there without the deck, but you want to have answers while laying your own problem, generally speaking I like 1/6+ of normal decks dedicated to spot removal so you're likely to draw one but not too many. But if it's multiplayer more board wipeish stuff I'd say
