Project.. VACATION ON TARKIR

Howdy all- I've been working on something fun for my friends and I -and I happen to be stupidly excited about it.
Lets call it project vacation on Tarkir.
Its a singletons cube made up of khans and Fate. (when Dragons happens itll be in there too.) I'm aiming at about 500 cards.
I don't play standard, but I've been following the story and buying up khans for fetches. This seems like the perfect way for me to get a little vacation (from competitive modern) on Tarkir; However,.. I've never built a cube before. How do people usually set up their land so that there are no issues when several people want to draft the same color?

Have a bunch of basics ready so that if everyone wants to draft mono-blue then they can. I would put in doubles of any non-basic lands (except Crucible of the Spirit Dragon and Tomb of the Spirit Dragon) so that people have a good amount of fixing...
