Marshal Chaos Format
Rules:
-Must have 60 or more cards and be shuffled unassisted
-You may not have more than four of a copy of nonbasic lands (basic land follow normal rules)
-You are allowed as many copies of one creature as you like at the rarity of common or uncommon. (Any cards that state that you may have any number of them must be included here. If a card is reprinted as a rare from an rare,it is legal)
-You may have up to four copies of one specific: enchantment, sorcery, instant, artifact (can not be artifact creature) and/or one other creature (can be artifact creatures) card. (You are allowed a max of four copies in each type, but only one card. Ex. 4x Titanic Growth: good; 2x titanic growth 2x Giant Growth: not allowed)
-Banned: Biovisionary, Goblin Piledriver, all cards that search for and remove a named card from the game (something like Godsend are fine, but not Infinite Obliteration((will work on getting a full list))), Thrumming Stone, Counterbore, Eradicate, Extirpate, Haunting Echoes, Lobotomy, Pick the Brain, Reap Intellect, Scour, Shimian Specter, Splinter, Surgical Extraction, Infinite Obliteration, Slaughter Games,
-Restricted (to the four of): all cards with the type sliver,
It was brought to my attention that this was silly format, and I agree. I have moved to ban Thrumming Stone for this topic because of pure power. I am also going to ban rare and mithics in the 4+ section, and yes, I know it will still be overpowered. Otherwise, what do you think and what should be be an or restricted?

Power 9, I could care less. If you want to spend $12000 on black lotus play set, well ok then. This is an extention of casual.
Now, if enough support is given, I will ban them, not even restrict.

Also, I designed this to be a cheap-like-pauper format, buti will leave you to your own devices.

So, the goal is to make any creature into Relentless Rats. This is the definition of not-good-format design that can easily turn into rock-paper-scissors.
Bloodghast loses to Wild Nacatl which is beaten by True-Name Nemesis, which is beaten by Gatekeeper of Malakir, but gatekeeper loses to bloodghast.
When Magic is focused on 1 thing, it becomes less of a game. Diversity is the name of the game - the more narrow the meta, the less fun the game is. For example, people do not like that Standard is exactly 2 top decks and everything else below them, while they rejoice that something like Skred has taken over the meta.
TLDR:
This seems fun for a mental exercise, rather than an actual format. So my suggestion is to turn this thread into something like this:
MindAblaze said that bloodghast + stone + Garry is the winnign combination. I say it loses out right to
28 Auriok Champion + 4 Authority of the Consuls + 4 Heliod, God of the Sun + 22 Plains (I highly doubt someone will actually acquire 1000$ worth of auriok champions)
Now the next person has to Trump my combo.

If there was a way to get to five mana faster with my 4 creature slot, I'd switch to Gary as my main, and make the mana dork fit there. Fetches and Lotus Cobra breaks the rules though...
