With These Cards I Bought for Cheap: Should I go to Modern or Legacy

I recently bought a small collection for very cheap, and I was wondering with these cards, what is the more appropriate format? Modern or Legacy?

The question is, are these cards Modern or Legacy?

These cards are pretty random and can fit I think in numerous and various decks, but with these cards, what deck archetype and from what format are these cards majority from?

Thanks! And if anyone wants to know, I got these cards for $100

Master Transmuter, 4x Rest in Peace, See the Unwritten, Woodland Cemetery, Atarka's Command, Lotus Bloom, Kor Spiritdancer, Ethersworn Canonist, 4x Deceiver Exarch, 4x Merrow Reejerey, Gilded Lotus, Platinum Angel, Fulminator Mage, Kolaghan's Command, Blood Crypt, Soulfire Grand Master, Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas, Wooded Foothills, 3x Tasigur, the Golden Fang, Wurmcoil Engine, Glimmervoid

Trade for value in what you want.

Since there's nothing cohesive in the same deck really, and no OG duals...

Modern? Trade value for twin?

It's Modern cards. I don't see any Legacy-only cards in there

I'd say modern. You got some pieces for grixis control and grixis twin and you got pieces to trade for the rest of the deck.

Out of legacy or modern those cards are definitely more modern.

With that said you have a lot of cards that go well with a artifact commander like Sharuum the Hegemon or Sydri, Galvanic Genius.

Thanks. This all helps to figure out what is my plan of action of the "next" deck to make. :)

I guess I'll be researching Grixis Twin/Control or Commander.
