Why do the Theros Sagas Not Have Artwork in their Textboxes?

When sagas were introduced in Dominaria, they had artwork in their textboxes, which made them more interesting and unique, but the sagas in Theros: Beyond Death do not have artwork in their textboxes, which I find to be unfortunate.

Why are the news sagas different in that regard? Did WotC decide that the artwork in the textboxes was visually distracting? What does everyone else say about this?

Who could possibly know that? Things are different sometimes. It doesn't have to mean anything. Things change. Time passes. Design evolves.
