Besides the basic lands, Giant Spider has been reprinted the most.

Not all the basic lands just Mountain , it was printed in Arabian Nights and no other basic was. but yeah besides lands IDK man there are 10k cards in magic it is hard to be definitive about which ones were printed the most on the off chance you miss one.

Stone Rain has 20 different printings.
Disenchant has 18
Giant Spider has 16
That's off the top of my head.

Dark Ritual actually has more printings than Giant Spider with 21 vs 15 non-collector's edition physical printings. 23 vs 17 if you count collector's edition.

In regards to the Arabian Nights Mountain , don't forget the promo Dragon's Maze Plains . It was the only basic printed in the set.

The most printed card is Mountain . When Arabian Nights was first being printed, they thought about adding the basic lands, and then thought about not doing so, and they went back and forth on it before deciding not to include them. They removed most of them from the set, but they accidentally forgot one Mountain.
Ignoring that, due to it being an oversight, the most printed card is Island , because of Alpha. Back then, Wizards didn't publish a list of cards in every set, so they tried to hide it from players. To keep players from guessing which card in each pack is a rare, they did print a single Island on the rare sheet, making Island the next most common card.
If we ignore all Basic Lands, then the answer is Giant Growth , having been printed in nearly every Core Set (save for Magic 2012, which is just because they didn't want it in the same Standard as Infect cards), and has also been printed in several side products.

Giant Spider. It ran from Alpha to M13 or M14. I think, mathematically, that makes it hard to beat.
