What is a good combo with Ichor Rats?

I need to know if there is a good combo that can go with this specific creature card. I am open to any suggestions...
Anything with flicker maybe? Infect decks are best served with just tho AFAIK

My friend runs it in his Atraxa, Praetors' Voice Edh deck, but it's more along the lines of synergy than combo.

I was think about Doing Revelark/Karmic Guide combo with a sac outlet. Run the loop 10 times until Everyone does from Infect. :)
