How do you beat this. Turn 1 your opponant plays Swamp, dark rit, funeral charm, discards D.Twins, animate dead D.Twins?you are any color deck you want, semi budget, no force of will.

Umm well they just spent their entire hand on a 10/10 that's debugged by animate dead soooo... turn one Path to Exile and proceed to watch your opponent duffle around while you play a deck that can continue to play after turn one

I'd suggest your opponent Reanimates or Exhumes a Griselbrand/ Iona, Shield of Emeria instead :P

Swords to Plowshares, Daze, Surgical Extraction are my biggest fears in legacy. So.

@abby315 i built the deck for him so yeah, i want to stand at least half a chance lol those were just the cards i had to spare to make him something fast but im sure he will figure out he can use any creature soon enough. I thought about swords, path, and daze, but what about the second twin? i guess my other problem would be if i can only kill 1 turn 1, his turn 2 he can atk then use Rite of Consumption. I only gave him 1 twin but the thought of it happening scary lol

Desolation Twin will not make a token, because it was not cast.

Haha. If you're still looking for targets not susceptible to removal try the above cards (can draw off grisel in response, Iona shuts off a card color) or maybe Inkwell Leviathan or Simic Sky Swallower perhaps. Grave Titan is a nice spread out threat too.

Vendetta, Snuff Out, basically any early drop kill spell.
