Thoughtsneeze needs to happen

Of so I'm just going to go ahead and say this now. If another Unhinged/Unglued set ever comes out, I want to see a Thoughtsneeze card... a silly discard spell riffing off of Thoughtseize.

Next time you sneeze you may sacrifice Thoughtsneeze unless another player says "Bless you!". If you do, look at target players hand. You may choose a card from it and have that player discard it.
Could be an instant/ sorcery with the additional/ alternative cost of sneezing, but that makes it harder to put saying "Bless you!" on the stack...

2npii What if you only could play it if you sneezed last turn and your opponent didnt say bless you?
