TBD Collector Booster Light Test

Hello,

I recently purchased two TBD Collector Boosters at a slightly discounted price online, and while the packs were sealed, I did a light test on the non-foil cards just to check. While light did go through the cards, I noticed that the non-foil collector booster cards let significantly less light through than other cards that I know to be real.

Has anyone else noticed this with their collector booster packs? Any insight is greatly appreciated!

Why would someone go through the trouble of making fakes when they could of just put bulk in the pack? Itd be so much easier

That definitely makes sense, shadow63! As I mentioned, the packs were sealed, so I'm not really questioning the authenticity of the cards. I'm more interested in how they let so much less light through during the light test. They also had a more matte feel for whatever reason, so I wanted to see if other people noticed similar things with their collector packs.
