Should We Be Worried About this Post?

In this post, here, a reader asked about black being able to destroy enchantments, and Mark Rosewater responded that black may be tertiary in that ability, but I severely dislike that, since being unable to destroy enchantments is a deliberate weakness of black's, and undermining that weakness may upset the balance of the color pie.

What does everyone else say about this? Should we be worried about this post? Will this lead to a trend of the colors being blurred into each other?

I have no problem with being able to destroy enchantments.

As long as said enchantments are on a Creature when said creature dies.

It kind of makes sense in a way. As one of the comments stated, and I may be paraphrasing a bit but; if you have the ability to wield curses (enchantments) you should also possess the ability to decurse (disenchant).

Throwing this out as a possibility: already has cards like Contaminated Ground , Contaminated Bond , and Relic Bane . My prediction is soft removal and punishment, not Disenchant .

Being able to and actually having many cards do it is not the same thing. For example, we have Enchanter's Bane in red that flavorfully makes red destroy enchantments. Being tertiary means you only get it when required - I imagine, a single rare or flavorful mythic in a standard set or a single card in a supplemental set like Commander or Horizons. Niche cards that fulfill a role, rather than a staple of the color.

legendofa, yes, that would be acceptable, but not anything as strong as what white and green have.

Maybe itll be something similar to Beast Within or Generous Gift

Beast Within does break the color pie a bit by destroying creatures, also Desert Twister

This post alleviates my fears, because Mark Rosewater seems to realize that black being able to outright destroy enchantments would undermine its weakness, so it is being given other ways to deal with enchantments, rather than destroying them.
