Should Abzan and Sultai have been switched?

I feel like as I'm constructing my Sultai and Abzan decks, I'm finding all kinds of cads that functionally fall into one category, but have the colors for the other. Given especially that Simic (blue green) was all about +1/+1 counters, do you think Sultai should have been given outlast, and Abzan given delve?

Some cards that triggered this thought:

Vorosh, the Hunter

Teneb, the Harvester

Bred for the Hunt

Vorel of the Hull Clade

Fleetfeather Cockatrice

No. Sultai is Black centered with G/U as it's partners. Black is not focused on +1/+1 counters really ever, and instead is about resource manipulation and grinding games out, ESPECIALLY when paired with green. I think it's more accurate to think of Sultai as B/G + U rather than U/G + B. The delve mechanic makes a whole lot of sense for the flavor and feel of Sultai as a whole.

Green and White do +1+1, this is what abzan is. Abzan is primarily white aligned.

Black and green do reanimation and dredge type stuff, this is what sultai is. Sultai is primarily black aligned.

White reanimation, although existent, is pretty rare and overshadowed by blue's selfmill.

I'd also argue that you find synergy all over the place everywhere. See the Unwritten ? Temur. But you put all the non-selected cards in the graveyard? Sounds like a Delve engine to me.Meandering Towershell ? Sultai. But you better believe he has synergism with both Temur Ascendancy and Temur Charm , and an Abzan reanimation deck uses Whip of Erebos and him to devastating effect. Grim Haruspex ? Sultai. But you'd be a fool to not use him in Mardu with Tymaret and Bloodsoaked Champ.
