What order do you think the 5 colors should be ranked as, in terms of best to worst?
Brown, Brown, Brown, Brown, and then Brown.....

in my opinion, in EDH..
Black > Green > Blue > Red > White
but in my heart it's always been...
Green > Red > Black > White > Blue
I don't like countermagic.. lol.

The game is pretty balanced with no color being strictly better than another. However, i prefer the colors in this order (edh): green, green, green, white, black, blue, red

Blue is #1 without question. It's the only real 'magic' colour, and unquestionably works better with other colours compared to any other colour combo.

all the colors have their own merits, some are better than others in each format.
but in my experience, it has always been green, red, black, white, blue.

there's no bad color, all has their own pros and cons, so it's hard to rank them. but i will rank them based on how i love to play each color imo.
- Red
- Green
- Black
- White
- Blue

Are the people putting blue at the bottom because they hate it, or do people truly think blue is low/bottom tier?

probably not, but i just don't like how blue plays, not to my style. so i ranked them based on how fun i like to play each color.

There's a lot to this question, such that I do not think a real answer can be given. Are we talking the best for multiplayer? Singleton or playsets? Best for one versus one? Best in Standard? Legacy? Block constructed? Etc.? Best in terms of enjoyment to play or in terms of absolute power?
You can probably manipulate the decision-making criteria such that all 120 different ranking combinations can be simultaneously correct.
