is there a magic card that lets u search for a planeswalker in the deck
As an addendum to the above totally correct answer, it's a general statement about Tutors in Magic that the only colour that gets to just get any card is Black.
White can get enchantments and artifacts
Green can get creatures and lands
Red usually only gets sorceries, or may have 'any card' with some kind of chance for failure
Blue can get instants and sorceries
There are the odd colour-pie-bending exceptions but as yet, no tutor has been printed that explicitly mentions PWs.

What williamgp99 and Devonin said are correct, though there is technically one card which specifically searches a planeswalker out of the library: The promo Archenemy scheme Perhaps You've Met My Cohort. Not exactly something you can put in a normal deck, but schemes are cards.

Ajani, Mentor of Heroes will let you dig through your library, 4 cards at a time, and look for a planeswalker but it's not actually a tutor. Also, Liliana Vess can search your library for any card, but again she's not an actual tutor card.

First off, this question should be asked in the forums, not the Q&A as it is not a rules question.
There are no specific planeswalker tutors, however, there are cards that let you search for any card (Demonic Tutor ) or any card with some restrictions (Beseech the Queen ). Do a search on Gatherer (or magiccards.info since I think Gatherer's down).
