Spawnsire of Ulamog, any Eldrazi Titan, and Battle of Wits combo is by far the best one, assuming your group lets you grab at least 200 Emrakul, the Aeons Torns. Build a deck around that combo and you're golden.

If its just for fun: Fowl Play + Prodigal Sorcerer (or any other "Tim" card). Maybe not a winning combo, but you can get rid of their biggest and baddest creatures
