So If I use Mindslaver and control my opponent on his turn. What kind of things can I do that hurts him the most?

This isn't a rules question and should be in the forums.

But, to answer your question:

  • Fetch Shock Lands (like Watery Grave)

  • Attack and let your creatures eat as many of their creatures as possible.

  • If they have a Spellskite you can kill them if they have an even amount of life and can cast a spell by activating it in response to itself. If they have an odd amount of life you can put them to 1 life.

EDIT: Academy Ruins is awesome. If you have 11 and a blue mana you can control all of their turns and just make them draw their entire deck.

My best play was against a RUG Delver player, I took his turn, played his Goyf, Countered the goyf with a Spell Snare, Remanded the snare, then snared the goyf again. Dropped the land that I drew off of remand, and bolted him down to 2.

So basically it depends on what they have in their hand, what kind of deck they have, and what your board looks like. Always remember to tap all their mana though at the end of their turn.

Also remember to look at their sideboard. But really you just need to dump everything you can in their hands, and destroy everything possible. Tap all the lands afterwards.

I had an opponent play Mindslaver on me. My turn went exactly like this:

He looked at my SB and wrote everything down. He drew my card. Played a fetch land, cracked for Blood Crypt and played it untapped.

He used my liliana of the veil, and -2ed it on me, forcing a sacrifice on my goyf. He Abrupt Decayed my Lilli. He played a bob, and bolted me for 3. and tapped all my lands. It left me at 2 with a bob on the battlefield. I died to bob trigger.

gnarlicide, that's the grossest Mindslaver turn I've ever heard.

@lordoftheshadows you can't pay more life than you have (it's almost impossible to kill yourself by paying life, I.e. If you have a shock land in hand you can't have it enter untapped when you are at 1-2 life) You CAN however put them at 1-2 then have them bolt themselves.

@gnarlicide & ryuzaki32667 the worst one I've been involved in: playing against affinity with mono U tron. He has out Arcbound ravager, cranial plating, assorted other threats, some number of blink/inkmoth nexi, and some Glimmervoids.

During his turn, I cast everything he had in hand, animated all Nexi, sacced everything to Arcbound, then itself, leaving just the 2 Glimmervoids. When I pass turn both sac to the end step trigger.

ryuzaki32667, yeah it was game 1, round 3 of a Super IQ against U Tron. I ended up winning in the end, 2-1 game count. But that game 1 really made me question my deck choice for a second.

I pretty much drew nothing but the nuts and every piece of SB hate during that match. The best part was that it was the longest match that round, so everyone was watching some top notch Jund smashing.

The most memorable part was that in game 3, I allowed him to tap out for Ugin, which he -2ed and killed my goyfs. I untap, and play Sowing Salt targeting his Tower. Next turn, I cast Slaughter Games naming Wurmcoil. Then animate Treetop Village, to attack Ugin. I play Inquisition next turn and remove his Dismember and find that he had a bunch of "bounce non land permanent" spells. I killed ugin with lands and then killed him. It was awesome. Dude was on full tilt.

There is an evil, evil thing you can do with this in EDH. Take their turn, play a card that exiles their commander... and choose to put it in the exile zone.

Be prepared for some serious hate if you do this.
