Is this the right forum for Vorthos-type questions? Or should I put it in deck help? Can I repost?

Hi there, I posted a Vorthos-style question thing in Deck Help, because I thought that would be more relevant, but I'm not exactly sure if I am building a deck, precisely. The questions are related to the concept of putting together a deck, but there's more to it than that. Is it against any rules if I repost it here in the general forum? Would that actually be better? Thanks!

Is the post I made in deck building more appropriate here? Should I ask to move it here? I'm not really familiar with where to put vorthos type questions.

The distinction between deck help and other forums is, well, whether you're asking for deck help or not. If you aren't building a deck, it would follow that you're better served by a non-DH forum.
