Spoooooky.
Yeah I hadn't considered I hadn't changed the "About" tag. It was originally a rules question, but i figured it out while writting and changed it to this.
Anyways I'm not satisfied with Sensory Deprivation. It's up there for sure, but not quite "as" creepy. But thanks for the reply.

There are plenty of disturbing cards, depending on the definition of disturbing. Earthbind can be called disturbing, Invoke Prejudice is certainly disturbing to a lot of people. in terms of just gross, Pulling Teeth is pretty high up there along with waltz, as well as Thought Scour.

It's definitely mainly black cards, with some being found in blue cards that are nearly black in flavour.

Grave Pact is kind of creepy. I would still give the main price to Thought Scour.

Sign in Blood to some extent due to the blood being through the nail, just imagine signing like that...

Village Cannibals and Slaughter Games aren't that disturbing or creepy at first. That is, until you realize what perspective we're seeing the artwork from.
Gaze of Pain, Bone Harvest, The Fallen, Horror of Horrors, Living Wall, Sudden Death, Sanity Gnawers, Ad Nauseam, Abomination, and Treacherous Urge are all strong contenders.
Mindstab Thrull, Mind Maggots, Blistering Barrier, and Necrite always freaked me out when I was a kid hahaaha.
Also:
"Pithing-- a technique used to immobilize an animal by inserting a needle into its brain."
...puts Pithing Needle into perspective.

This is not a rules question. You had to go through a filter page in order to post this, friend. There's no way you thought this was a rules question.
inb4 mod moves this to the General forum. Or maybe the Blind Eternities.
Um. Sensory Deprivation is up there for the creepy factor.
