Dose using hero's downfall on one of my heroic creatures trigger heroic?

If you casted the Hero's Downfall , it would. The Heroic reminder text is careful to say that only SPELLS that YOU own can trigger it.

If a creature is targeted by anyone other than you, there is no trigger.
