Hi friends!

Would y’all be interested in reading a series of articles about the EDH Brewing/Deckbuilding process?

If so, what kind of topics would you like to see discussed?

What format? Pauper builds, Vintage Builds, EDH, etc. have hugely different questions.

Are we building solely for competitive viability in a metagame, are we playing for casual playgroups, FNMs, etc? Is this going to be so over-encompassing that it has no specific target, being so overreaching that there is no way that every topic ever gets covered?

If the latter is true, no, there are dozens of these in that case.

If you have something more specific than what was mentioned at the start, however, totally!

My apologies! I had meant to write EDH somewhere in there but failed to do so. I have edited the original post to reflect that.

EDH deckbuilding. First article will go over deckbuilding philosophy, get my perspective. I hope to explain how the competitive level effects of your playgroup effects your philosophy and this your deck.

The I will continue with the understanding that my advice might have to be adjusted based on your perspective.

Hopefully that answered your question! Good feedback!

I'd be interested. I can't get enough edh content tbh. Some insight into good deckbuilding would be cool. I think I have a pretty good idea what I'm doing, but I'd be very interested in various perspectives, and having a place to send people who want advice on deckbuilding.

Definitely not!

I would be interested to see them, but my expectations are going to be much higher than for a comment assisting someone with a deck building process. I see too often tools mentioned and not explained in deck building comments. EDHrec in particular gets mentioned a lot, but can be more detrimental than helpful if not used correctly.

Suns_Champion That sounds way better! I still feel this is vague enough it might be bad, but I could easily see it going well, considering the amazing decks you have put out!
