So as the title suggests what are everyone's favorite infinite combo's/ type of infinite combo's?

My personal favorite is Clock of Omens + Temple Bell + Hammer of Purphoros + Palladium Myr + Myr Galvanizer + 4 myr tokens so that I can draw my deck and cast all my artifact creatures and swing in 1 turn!

The type of combo's I like are typically the ones with lots of moving parts and as complicated as possible!

I prefer something short, sweet, and to the point, like Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Triskelion or Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Pestermite .

Infinite damage to all opponents:

Grim Guardian + 3 Oblivion Rings

Have the Oblivion Rings exile one another, to have an infinite loop of Oblivion Rings entering and leaving the battlefield, triggers Constellation on Grim Guardian infinite times, draining all opponents of infinite life!

Brain Freeze + Eye of the Storm + Spellshift and lots of cheap blue instants (Brainstorm, or Boomerang and the like) that you can counter with your own Spellshift. This results in infinite mill. Eye of the Storm is hard to get into play, making this a challenging combo to play.

My favourite still is Exquisite Blood + Sanguine Bond . Simply because it's so flavorful.

My EDH deck uses a crazy combo/interaction something like this;

Use Gilded Lotus to activate Sphinx of Magosi to draw a card.

Discard a card to Mind Over Matter to untap Gilded Lotus.

Repeat until I hit Enter the Infinite or a tutor to get it.

Discard to untap & tap Gilded Lotus enough time to cast Enter the Infinite.

Discard cards to tap Gilded Lotus enough to cast Omniscience.

Cast Dragonlord Dromoka.

Cast Laboratory Maniac.

Cast Clever Impersonator copying Laboratory Maniac as backup.

Cast Temple Bell.

Cast Jace, Memory Adept.

Tap Temple Bell to draw the last card in the library.

+1 Jace, Memory Adept to trigger Laboratory Maniac and win.

Thanks to Dragonlord Dromoka no-one can stop it once it gets going :P

My Animar, Soul of Elements deck has a few combos like Deadeye Navigator + Palinchron, and if you have Purphoros, God of the Forge or Inferno Titan in play it's insta-win

Animar also opens up possibilities with just Palinchron going infinite by itself. Temur Sabertooth can work as well bouncing the even smaller Peregrine Drake and Great Whale.

One crazy infinite that made me laugh was Animar, Soul of Elements, Cloudstone Curio, Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre, and Kozilek, Butcher of Truth

I also like Aggravated Assault + Sword of Feast and Famine, which is in my Xenagos, God of Revels deck along with Hellkite Charger which also goes infinite w/ the sword

I like Blasting Station + Boonweaver Giant .

Giant enters, fetches Pattern of Rebirth.

Sac Giant, fetch Karmic Guide. Reanimate Giant and Pattern.

Sac Giant, fetch Fiend Hunter. Exile Karmic.

Sac Fiend Hunter. Guide re-enters, recurs Giant and Pattern.

Sac Guide, sac Giant, fetch Reveillark.

Fetch any number of creatures in your deck or just win whenever. It's fun.

Nim Deathmantle + Ashnod's Altar + anything that enters with, or leaves behind a token. This nets infinite ETBs.

Anything that enters with or leaves behind 2 tokens gives you infinite colorless and infinite tokens. To list a few; Grave Titan, Wurmcoil Engine, Pia and Kiran Nalaar, Myr Battlesphere, Avenger of Zendikar, etc.

My current favorite is Sneak Attack + Priest of Urabrask + Cloudstone Curio + any R or RR creature.

I really like using a global haste effect + Goblin Fireslinger for this just so I can say I killed people with Fireslinger.

Infinitely control your opponent's turns: Academy Ruins + Mindslaver .

Academy Ruins + Mindslaver is horrible, I've been on the other side of that from a Mono-U Tron many times and is exactly why I now sideboard a playset of Ghost Quarter's in all my modern decks for my local playgroup :P

GeeksterPlays What color do you play? If Sowing Salt is fun.

August 4, 2015 10:31 a.m.

GeeksterPlays says... #16

Blue-White Prison control, and Black-Red Vampires. I like Sowing Salt however spells like that always get countered, and by turn 4 if they've hit Tron they can have stuff in play that needs to be dealt with (Wurmcoil Engine for example).

Having the removal come from a land is the perfect way around that happening as you can't stop it, and it leaves the rest of the manabase open to try and cast something else that turn... when playing Vampires in Game 2 Extirpate targeting Academy Ruins tends to be my favourite, or Slaughter Games calling Mindslaver!

Mind Over Matter + Otherworld Atlas or Temple Bell with a "pain when player draws" permanent (i.e. Underworld Dreams)

Infinite draw and life loss.

Ohthenoises Oh. Wow. I run Teysa, Orzhov Scion as one of my commanders, based heavily off of TolarianCommunityCollege's list from his channel. I run that combo you described, however had not recognized it until today I always thought the death mantle was just a good value card. Wow, I feel stupid the more ya know eh?

One of my favorites - Cathars' Crusade + Mana Echoes + Marath, Will of the Wild , Generates infinite tokens, and infinite colorless mana. Add in Purphoros, God of the Forge or Warstorm Surge for infinite damage as well.

Pact of the Titan + Djinn Illuminatus + a haste engine. Suicide combo

The one I use most commonly is infinite mana and Staff of Domination.

I do this. I become God. I am the Alpha and Omega. I am immortal, I decide when creatures are allowed to be tapped or untapped, and I have my entire arsenal of spells at my command.

Fun times.

I'm with suislecalme...

I recently started using the aforementioned combo (Sanguine Bond + Exquisite Blood) and have crushed my enemies, seen them driven before me, and heard the lamentations of their women.

Reiterate and Turnabout would be my favorite. The fact that it can be executed at instant speed is hilarious. My favorite application I've had the chance to use this with was when someone cast Minds Aglow in a commander game and I was able to make a stalemate pretty effectively.

ComradeJim270 says... #25

Reiterate is awesome. Throw in Mana Geyser in an EDH game and there's a lot of fun to be had even before thinking about the fact you probably now have infinite . Guttersnipe, Goblinslide, and if you've got blue you don't even need the Mana Geyser. Just throw in Reset and Lightning Bolt.

Then fetch it with Firemind's Foresight.

Someone I know also put a Midnight Guard and Presence of Gond in a cube. That is very silly, and I like silly. It pleases me as a Johnny.
