Mine would have to be Opportunity , Akroan Hoplite , and Agent of the Fates . What are yours?

I've always been a fan of Knight of Infamy , I also find Macetail Hystrodon to be funny. Iove Urabrask the Hidden . Just for the fact he doesn't care that he is basically letting the resistance fighters live in his area and pretty much saying I'm doing what I want while holding a big middle finger to the other praetors. Think that's why I always like him the most out of the 5 praetors.
I'm sure there are other flavor texts that I liked but I can't think of them at all right now.

I like the Theros Divine Verdict
"The last thing to go through the cyclops's mind was a twelve-ton block of marble."

I've always been a fan of the more somber flavor text. For that reason, I mention Vault of the Archangel . I also like Kaalia of the Vast , Merciless Eviction and the Zendikar print of Day of Judgment .

Dark Impostor is probably my favorite card due to the flavor in it's flavor text, art, and ability.

Near-Death Experience Always. I love games that end in a similar fashion, where I have one life left, the graveyards are full, but victory is achieved.

I don't know which printing, but there was a Lava Axe where the flavor text was "Catch!", and I liked that.
Tempest Time Warp - "Let's do it again!"

Anything with Maro writing it is gold. So most of Odyssey pretty much.
I also enjoy Hateflayer and Gamble .

Havengul Vampire Is probably one of my favorites. I had a friend who when he played- he would say every time you were playing a card you would have to read the flavor text dramatically. It made the game slower but often more fun.

Final Punishment just think about that for a moment, my god the pain. I can feel my arm break and my ACL tear all over again, each time I read that card, and isn't that the point of flavor text? to make you feel?

It seems most goblin cards have funny flavor text.

Canyon Minotaur tells a nice story. Nether Void really captures the arrogance needed to play such a dickish card.

Probably my favourite flavour text is from Fifth Dawn's Door to Nothingness - "All memory of your existence will be wiped from reality. You will die, and no one will mourn." Memnarch . Next I love Last Word and Counterlash . I've thought about the quote on the Bident of Thassa and I agree with it. Isolated Chapel is pretty legit.

Slavering Nulls - "Having lost their minds, they now want yours."
Terrifying Presence - "Elmut had slaughtered vampires, slain werewolves, and destroyed hordes of zombies. Sadly, he never got over his fear of spiders."

Phyrexian Obliterator . Hands down. It's probably one of my favorite cards ever printed. Everything about it just screams destruction.
My second favorite is Might of Oaks . Although I am sure they did a different flavor text at one point, but it said something like, "guess where I am going to plant this."
Then of course, there is always the old cards that used flavor text from classic novels, poems and plays. Those I felt made the game a little more sophisticated. It also encouraged me to read more when I was kid. Which is always good.
