Do You Like Alters Done by Eric Klug?

Well you sure as hell should. Because I just spent the better part of my days off adding them all to our database for you. Well, most of them. The ones that I could crop without shopping and the ones that actually looked good. It's a shame I couldn't get his Adun Oakenshield medieval wooden manuscript alter on here. Maybe when I feel like it I'll fiddle around with photoshop to get it to lay flat so I can get that luxurious gold textured border intact.

Here are some samples:

Want to see the images in more detail? Click on the little green "A"s next to the card names and you'll be brought to each individual alter's page. Then, open the card image in a new tab/window that you'll see there to be presented with a larger resolution image.

Holy shit those are amazing!! What are the codes?

Click on the little green "A" and you'll be brought to the individual alter's page where it shows the code.

Conversely, you can browse my Alters Database for any alter I have uploaded. You'll find many other really good artists like Ondal the Fool, Seesic and Demonium.

Vincent van Gogh Tabernacle doesn't show up properly ... hmmm ... should have used Pyromancer Ascension instead.

There are more stained glass style alters in my database The_Raven. Specifically, Avacyn, Iona, Reya and Thune.

My List of Alters has been updated to account for the recent 200 Eric Klug alters I just added. It's getting to be massively long.

I'm a bit confused. I thought those women on the Mox's seemed familiar, and frankly looked a lot like a Sandreline alter I had seen her do of Liliana of the Veil. The Mox Emerald is literally the same girl in the same style and pose.

Either one of them has stolen from the other, which I find hard to contemplate, or the art of the women is from a famous painting that I don't know, or it was a collaboration.

I think the collaboration is the most likely, but the Mox's aren't featured on Sandreline's website, so i dunno.

kyuuri117, those artworks are based off of very famous Noveau artworks done by famous people (I don't have the proper information yet). Sandreline and Eric Klug took their images from the same sources. Eric Klug almost always does his artwork based off of historical artwork that he can recreate on a small canvas. The base artwork on the Animar, Soul of Elements alter is a legitimate piece of artwork done by a historical artist that Eric Klug used as source material for his alter. Same goes with pretty much all of his work, like that Reflecting Pool.

Examples:

Most Noveau work done by Sandreline and Eric Klug is taken from Alphonse Mucha.

The guru lands are pretty neat. I wouldn't of had them altered to those however myself.

The guy who wanted them done wanted a simple extension job done zyphermage. He's a friend of Eric Klug who always goes to drafts with 75 guru lands to use at the draft. He wanted them altered.

These look to take quite a bit of skill, but aren't my cup of tea.

Except the Tool Animar. That one got me.
